An audit was conducted of outstanding work orders to ensure any service outages were reported to the department of health. No issues identified. 3. The administrator or designee will in-service the maintenance department on reporting service outages to administration so they can be reported to the department of health in a timely manner. 4. Administrator or designee will audit outstanding work orders weekly for 4 weeks to ensure any service outages are reported to the department of health. Audit findings will be shared with QAPI committee.
